At Dixxon Flannel, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless opting for store credit.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
